Work encompassed selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions and finishes, construction of new partitions, new doors, new hardware, modifications to existing ceiling, full carpet replacement, full interior paint at existing and new walls, installation of murals, interior lighting modifications, plumbing modifications to accommodate a new break room, and modifications to existing HVAC system and ductwork.
