Exterior renovations including a complete roof system overhaul and comprehensive window replacement with abatement procedures. Work involved demolition of the existing roofing system, membrane, insulation, and base sheets, followed by installation of a new EPDM roof system with brick masonry modifications, fascia, skylights, drains, and curbs. 72 existing windows were removed with containment protocols, air monitoring, and abatement, followed by installation of 72 new Kawneer windows with third-party inspection and testing.

Modernization of a functioning fire station including demolition of existing components, installation of new heating and cooling systems (AMU and VRF with associated ductwork and refrigerant piping), comprehensive electrical upgrades with new wiring and panels, foundation insulation improvements, exterior wall panels (EIFS), and updated lighting and finishes.
