Renovation of a 2,300 square foot M&T Bank facility that remained operational throughout construction. Work encompassed selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions, teller line, and finishes; construction of new partitions; new teller line; ceiling replacement; flooring; painting; lighting retrofit; electrical panel upgrades; plumbing modifications for ADA-compliant restrooms; and HVAC system adjustments.
Howard County Government
Interior Design/Build renovation of a 7,500 square foot facility. Work involved selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions and finishes, construction of new partitions and workstations, new doors, new hardware, ACT ceiling replacement, full carpet replacement, and additional systems upgrades including plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler modifications to meet ADA compliance standards.
