Government Contracts (IDIQ/JOC)
Our IDIQ approach has been shaped by our extensive IDIQ and JOC experience having completed over a dozen contracts of this type. Our IDIQ and JOC experience includes completed projects with WMATA, Fairfax County, Loudon County, The Navy, and GSA. During our previous GSA contract, we renovated the Old Post Office which is now the Trump Tower. Currently, we have IDIQ or JOC contracts with Montgomery County, GSA, DC Housing Authority, Georgetown University, Howard County, Pennsylvania National Guard, and the Maryland Transit Authority.
Historic
Haris Design & Construction Co. has been in business since 1991 and has developed a history of excellence in historic projects throughout its time in business. These projects include renovation of the Strathmore Mansion and the Old Post Office which is now the Trump Hotel. HDC recognizes the importance of maintaining, renewing, and preserving these celebrated locations. We acknowledge that historic renovations are more than just another construction project and take great pride in our precise work that protects these locations.
Design/Build
Design/Build contracts are projects where one contractor is responsible for the design and construction services of the entire project. Haris Design & Construction Co. works with highly talented and effective designers to provide high quality projects within the client’s budget. We work closely with the client to provide them with the items requested and to complete the project in a timely and professional manner. HDC will manage the project from start to finish to include the design, permitting, construction, and post-construction tasks.
Retail/Banking
Haris Design & Construction Co. has experience with many banking and retail clients to include PNC Bank, M&T Bank, and Wells Fargo. We understand the requirements of completing projects timely while working around the business hours to keep the businesses running. HDC is familiar with the challenges of working within the retail industry and completing projects around the client’s schedule. We provide professional and skilled projects that meet the client’s plans and expectations.
New Construction
Haris Design & Construction Co. has completed countless projects from the ground up.
