Description:
Interior renovation of 2,300 SF M&T Bank Facility while operational. Scope included but was not limited to: selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions/teller line/finishes, construction of new partitions, new teller line, new doors, new hardware, new acoustical ceiling replacement, full carpet/tile replacement, full interior paint at existing and new walls/doors, interior lighting retrofit, new electrical panel/upgrades, plumbing modifications to accommodate relocated ADA compliant restrooms and modifications to existing HVAC system and ductwork.
