Description:
Interior Design/Build fit-out of 7,500 SF Howard County Gateway Building. Scope included but was not limited to: selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions and finishes, construction of new partitions and work stations, new doors, new hardware, ACT ceiling replacement, full carpet replacement, full interior paint at existing and new walls, interior lighting modifications, plumbing modifications to accommodate new ADA compliant restroom and modifications to existing HVAC system, ductwork and sprinkler system.
