Interior and Exterior renovations to the Historic Strathmore Mansion in Bethesda, MD. Scope included but was not limited to: selective demolition of non-load bearing partitions and finishes, construction of new partitions, new doors, new hardware, modifications to existing ceiling, carpet replacement, hardwood floor replacement/refinish, structural flooring repairs, full interior paint at existing and new walls and railings.
