Project: Colesville Health Center Roof and Window Replacement

Description:

Exterior roof and window replacement including abatement. Scope of work included but was not limited to: Demolition of existing roofing system, membrane, insulation, base sheets, flexible and metal flashings and associated materials to the structural deck. New EPDM roof system installed including brick masonry modifications, fascia, access ladders, sheet and flexible flashing, skylights, roof drains and roof curbs. Demolition of 72 existing windows throughout entire building including installation of containment areas, air monitoring and abatement. New Kawneer windows installed (72), inspected and tested by third party testing agency.
