Haris Design & Construction Co. has grown, and continues to grow based on a vision of achieving the goals of Quality, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration, and Customer Satisfaction. These ideals were and continue to be the driving force behind our desire to become the “contractor of choice” for both our government clients and subcontractors alike in the construction industry. This vision has facilitated a corporate culture which places customer satisfaction on a par with safety and quality. From the President to the Foremen and outside tradesmen, we continue to hire and work with a comprehensive collection of highly experienced, motivated professionals with over 100 years of collective construction experience. All our project teams work tirelessly in partnership with our clients to provide responsive, innovative, and quality solutions on every job we manage.
With that in mind, we offer our government clients an irrefutable advantage with our corporate philosophy, management structure and team capabilities. Our Performance Evaluations have consistently been rated as Excellent by our client agencies and as a result we are fortunate enough to have several letters of recommendation and maintain exceptional relationships with our current and past clients. Recently, HDC was truly privileged to be recognized as the Mid-Atlantic Regional winner of the “industry’s highest honor,” The Harry H. Mellow Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting.
Throughout our history, we have successfully completed every contract on time, without being issued any Cure Notices, Terminated for Default, or incurring any Liquidated Damages. This is due, in part, to strict adherence to the policies and procedures of our Corporate Quality Control Plan as well as our stringent devotion to safety on all our job sites. As a result, our safety record is a source of pride.
We pride ourselves on the level of support we’ve been able to provide to our clients and look forward to continuing our outstanding performance on all of our current and upcoming projects.
